Shipping

White Label ships to all 50 states. We calculate shipping rates based on the locations of the Sellers. We offer free standard shipping when you purchase from Sellers who are in the US. We apply a flat $30 shipping fee when you purchase from Sellers outside the US. When you order multiple items from one Seller who is outside the US, expect to be charged once. When you order items from multiple Sellers outside the US, expect a shipping fee for each Seller.

Allow for 7-10 business days to receive packages from Sellers in the US, and 2-3 weeks from Sellers outside the US. When you purchase made-to-order items, expect longer wait times. Refer to the individual brand pages for more information on made-to-order lead times.

Initiating Returns & Exchanges

  1. Email info@bewhitelabel.com to request a return or exchange. Approved requests will receive required shipping details and documents.
  2. Securely package returned merchandise and return form in a box or envelope. You may also use the original packaging.

Note: White Label does not refund shipping changes, unless you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refunds

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We look to ensure that the best return policy is applied to both the Buyer and the Seller.

Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange or refund within 14 days from receiving items, unless otherwise noted on the individual brand return policies. Please refer to www.bewhitelabel.com and the individual brand profiles to determine if your order qualifies for a refund or exchange.

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by customs documents (if applicable). If your item you wish to exchange for is of a higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference.

Sale merchandise, underwear, lingerie and swimwear, earrings and body piercings, clearance items, and gift cards are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.

We issue refunds in the original form of payment (in USD). Allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipping date for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipping date to be credited on international orders. The refund amount includes only the amount you paid minus additional return shipping changes and any discount or reward applied to the returned items, unless you return damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
